7-Day Refund Policy for Digital Products

4. Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via email with their purchase receipt and a brief explanation of why they are seeking a refund. The refund process will commence upon receipt of this information.

5. Refund Process: Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Non-refundable Circumstances: The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund: (i) any digital product that has been downloaded; (ii) any digital product purchased more than 7 days ago.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
